REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Spring/Summer ball hockey season occurs annually between April and August.

Fall/Winter ball hockey occurs annualy between September and March.

LEAGUES REGISTERED WITH THE BCBHA IN 2023

ADULT MEN:

Comox, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Premier (Lower Mainland), Victoria
Winter Associate League(s):  Port Alberni, Prince George, New Westminster

ADULT WOMEN:

Vancouver

MINORS:

Delta, Metro (Burnaby/Vancouver/New Westminster), Richmond, Ridge Meadows, Surrey, Tri-Cities, Valley, Victoria, White Rock)

LEAGUE COSTS TO JOIN ON A PER TEAM BASIS (ADULT):

Full Member League:

• Registration is $575.00/team. League receives insurance (liability, medical, dental, directors & officers), game sheets and league website. Leagues also receive the ability to send their League champion to Provincial Championship Tournament (held annually on a weekend in early July). Minimum number of teams required to constitute a league is four. Cost of sending a team to the Provincial tournament is $500.00.

Associate Member League:

• Registration is $300.00/team. League receives insurance, (liability, medical, dental, directors & officers) game sheets and league website (No Provincial Championship, National Championships or World Championships Eligibility for teams, or players).

LEAGUE COSTS TO JOIN ON A PER TEAM BASIS (MINORS):

Associate Minor Member League:

Registration is $150.00/league, $8/player, $5/player under 6, $3/team staff, $3/executives.volunteers. League receives insurance (liability, medical, dental, directors & officers), game sheets Provincial Championship, Western Challenge Eligibility.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Referees Registration: (must be submitted online only prior to attending annnual clinic)

• Registration is $55.00/referee for Adult 18+ and $45.00 for Youth.. Referee receives insurance compatible with team package (above) selected by league, one CBHA Rules/Casebook, Year Certification Helmet Sticker and Certification from a BCBHA referee clinic.

Ball Purchases:

Balls are $119.00/case (50 balls). The Knapper K234 ball is the official ball used by the BCBHA. All balls used by member leagues and teams must be purchased from the CBHA. This is a member price only.
