In Memorium Ken Kinney

It is with deep sadness & a heavy heart that we announce the passing of a good friend and BC Ball Hockey goalie legend Ken Kinney. Ken had a great passion for ball hockey which he excelled to the highest levels locally, provincially and nationally including leading the storied Burnaby Beavers to BC's only National Championship in 1983. Ken was most recently recognized in 2018 by being inducted into the Canadian Ball Hockey Association Hall of Fame in Winnipeg last August. A moment he was very proud of. Please keep Ken's family, his Burnaby Fire Fighter brother's and sister's, teammates and friends in your thoughts and prayers as we mourn this great loss. Ken has left many good memories behind with the ball hockey community and he will be missed dearly. RIP Ken
